We have started a new after school club! A Film making club!
It is aimed at children who have demonstrated high levels of skill in ICT lessons.
We have been trialling this new club this half term with 3 reception children who staff had observed to be confident and highly skilled when using ICT equipment and computers. Every Monday they have attended the film club taught by Miss Gardener and Miss Woodward. In just 4 sessions they have successfully filmed, produced and directed a short animated film using their favourite toys as characters.
The film club has been a great success, extending the skills of both the children and teachers, as well as being lots of fun!
