Lound Infant School is in the Chapeltown area, on the northern edge of the city of Sheffield. It is our aim to provide a high standard of teaching in a happy and secure environment which will enable all pupils to acquire and develop skills, knowledge, attitudes and values enabling them to reach their full potential.

Our recent OFSTED inspection in July 2006 was highly successful:

'Extremely high quality care and support result in pupils' oustanding personal development...they are happy and confident learners'.
